once you have selected to initiate a consultation for your personalized piece, please note that any no-show or cancellations prior to 24 hours before your consultation time slot will incur a 50% no-show/cancellation fee. additionally, by booking this service, you acknowledge that each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, size, or appearance due to the natural materials used. custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
